PUBG Mobile Latest Update: Another New Map is coming to PUBG Mobile and will be revealed on the Day 2 of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2020 Finals. The Map will be revealed on January 22, 2021.
The new Map is supposed to be Karakin, which was released worldwide in January 2020 in the sixth season of the PC variant.
There is no hint from the developers about how the map will be or how it is going to Look Like, and the players don't have any idea what to expect from the new Map. There is an immense chance that the developers could introduce Karakin with PUBG.
When Will New Map Announced?
The Official Instagram page for PUBG Mobile Malaysia uploaded the entire schedule of the PMGC 2020 Finals Day 2. Keeping in accordance with the schedule of the competition, the match will be teased around 7:50 am CT on January 22. According to the schedule, the promotion of the new map is going last for at least half an hour.
Karakin Map:
Karakin is a 2x2 kilometre map, initially found in PC version Of PUBG Mobile and is half in size when compared to Sanhok, smaller map when compared to Erangle and Miramar. due to the size of the Karakin Map, the Lobby features 64 players instead of the usual 100. This Map was first released for the PC version of PUBG in February 2020.
Right now, there are five classic maps available in Mobile version Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, Vikendi, and Livik. Karakin, is fundamentally the same as Livik, which is 2x2 kilometre map. Livik has been a PUBG Mobile exclusive map and has a 50 players limit. The map was presented in July.
About PMGC 2020 Finals
The PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2020 Finals will begin from January 21 to 24. A total of 16 teams from across the globe will take part in the event and Compete For $1.2 million prize pool and the crown of World Champions. The PMGC Finals will occur at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, which has a seating limit of 17,000 people. Players can tune into the event through PUBG Mobile Esports' true Facebook, YouTube, and Twitch channels.
