Is There A Yellow Flower I Don't Like - I Don't Think So

The color Yellow is often thought of as Sunshine and Happiness .  Like most colors, if you do any research, you will find many different emotions and thoughts related to many different colors.  For me, planting a yellow flowered plant in my garden has always felt like adding a little bit of  "look at me happiness".

Of all the lovely yellow flowers that are available, I think Forsythia  (top middle in the collage) is my favorite because it is the flower that I look forward to see blooming at the beginning of Spring time when I emotionally start to feel like gardening .  My shrub has grown very large since the photo and I also have another Forsythia in my garden that I can see from one of the windows .
